The Wizards don’t rely on Thornton for much more than bench scoring, and fantasy owners shouldn’t expect much production out of him from many other areas either. Even the modest total of five rebounds in Sunday’s game should be viewed as an outlier, given that the 29-year-old has averaged just 2.8 rebounds per game over his eight-year career.
