Gortat missed Sunday’s practice with a strained glute muscle, but his involvement at shootaround seemingly indicates that the injury isn’t particularly worrisome. The Wizards haven’t revealed yet whether or not Gortat will play, but since the center wasn’t sidelined long by the injury, there’s reason to believe he’ll be cleared to give it a go. If that’s the case, the team could decide to limit his minutes for precautionary reasons.
