Manu Ginobili: ‘Seriously considering’ retirement

Though the 41-year-old has been working out at San Antonio’s practice facility
this summer, he hasn’t committed to returning for what would be his 17th season
in San Antonio. Ginobili, who has one year and $2.5 million left on his
contract, averaged 8.9 points across 20.0 minutes per game last season. Should
the two-time All-Star elect to suit up in 2018-19, he would once again be in
store for a regular role on the Spurs’ second unit.
