Manu Ginobili: Ruled out Thursday

The Spurs are playing on the second night of a back-to-back, so the decision to
rest the 39-year-old Ginobili comes as no surprise. Ginobili is coming off of
one of his best performances of the season Wednesday against the Kings,
finishing with 19 points, five assists, four rebounds and three steals in 25
minutes. Expect him to return to action Saturday when the Spurs host the
Warriors.
