Lopez accumulated 10 points and grabbed five rebounds along with four assists in the Knicks’ 94-84 loss Monday to San Antonio.

Lopez has been the Knicks’ starting center in every game this season, and through four games he’s averaging 11.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per game. His presence has allowed for the early development and success of rookie star Kristaps Porzingis, and Derrick Williams and Kyle O’Quinn have also had solid starts to the season backing up Lopez. Their play could have an impact on Lopez’s playing time down the road, but doesn’t appear to be an issue at this point.
