LeBron James: Out vs. Hawks

After playing limited minutes in both of the Cavaliers’ first two exhibition contests, James will be held out altogether Monday. Per Vivlamore, James will be joined in street clothes by the other “Cavs regulars,” which likely means Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson — and perhaps a few other players — will be held out.
