Galloway was dealing with a minor infection in his left foot earlier in the week, but he’s since been cleared and will be available in a bench capacity Tuesday night. In the absence of Jrue Holiday (personal), Galloway has averaged 15.7 minutes per game as the Pelicans’ backup point guard through the team’s first three contests.
