Lance Thomas: Starting Saturday vs. 76ers

It was initially reported that Thomas would come off the bench and Kyle O’Quinn
would draw the start, but the Knicks changed their lineup at the last minute.
Thomas played 31 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the Cavaliers and figures to see
a similar minute load on Saturday.
