LaMarcus Aldridge: Out indefinitely

There is not a lot of information to go on right now. Aldridge did have a
similar situation occur in both 2007 and 2011 while with the Trail Blazers. The
Spurs are likely to air on the side of extreme caution here in order to put
Aldridge’s health and well being first. The team will likely keep the veteran
big man off the court until further tests and examinations are completed. While
he is sidelined, look for Pau Gasol to return to the starting lineup alongside
Dewayne Dedmon in the frontcourt. David Lee and Davis Bertans figure to see an
uptick in minutes as well. Expect an update on Aldridge’s status once the Spurs
provide more clarity on the situation.
