Anderson started Game 3 as the Spurs attempted to go to a smaller unit, posting
six points, nine rebounds, five assists and a block across 20 minutes. While it
was a solid performance all around, the Spurs still took the loss, so in an
effort to potentially spark a change, they’ll go with Manu Ginobili in the top
unit instead. Anderson should still see an elevated role with Kawhi Leonard
(ankle) out, but he may not reach the 20 minutes he logged during Game 3.
