Kevon Looney: Four boards in six minutes Friday

Looney finished out the preseason, averaging 4.5 rebounds in 12 minutes per game. Hitting the boards is a strength of Looney’s, and probably the team’s weakest area, but the second-year power forward will not have a regular role in the Warriors’ nightly rotation. After missing nearly all of last season due to hip surgery, expect Looney to get development time for Santa Cruz in the aptly named NBA Development League.
