Kay Felder: Ruled out for Tuesday

Felder, who was expected to open up the season as Cleveland’s backup point guard, looks to still be going through the concussion protocol and will not be cleared in time to start the regular season. With Felder out, it’s possible Iman Shumpert could see some extended time at the point guard position, as it was something the Cavaliers decided to experiment with in the preseason. Otherwise, Jordan McRae could be in line for some extended run at the position.
