While questions about Kanter’s defensive abilities still persist, there’s no denying he’s been great at clearing the glass through four games. Despite averaging just 20.5 minutes, Kanter has pulled in 11 boards per contest, a per-36 minute rate that’s on par with the Pistons’ Andre Drummond. Even in a bench role, Kanter should remain a fantasy asset while he’s cranking out double-doubles with semi-regularity.
