Kaman is no stranger to missing time due to injury over his 12 seasons in the league, but this looks to be the case where he’s simply behind too many players on the depth chart to crack the rotation. The 33-year-old is in the final year of his contract with the Trail Blazers, and with the team embracing a youth movement, there’s little incentive for coach Terry Stotts to give Kaman much run.
