Randle’s rebound total was lower than we’re accustomed to seeing from him, but the five dimes were a nice touch and would take his fantasy value up a notch if he’s able to take on a greater role as a playmaker after he averaged just 1.8 assists as a rookie. It was also encouraging that Randle was able to hit more than half his shots for the third time in as many preseason contests. Randle was a double-double machine last season, but his 42.9 percent mark from the field limited his overall impact in the fantasy realm.
