Leuer has been a surprise performer for the Pistons all season, and has
continued his success into March, surpassing the 15-point mark in three of the
team’s four games to begin the month. While he’ll occasionally see his playing
time take a hit when coach Stan Van Gundy wants to use sixth man Tobias Harris
more heavily, Leuer’s reliable jumper generally makes him an ideal complement
alongside interior presence Andre Drummond, so he’ll be in store for 25-plus
minutes more often than not.
