Jokic (back) will be a game-time decision Tuesday against the Lakers, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.

Jokic was reportedly in “considerable pain” during the Nuggets’ shootaround this morning, so it appears his condition is worse than fellow big man Joffrey Lauvergne, who’s also listed as questionable with a back injury. Even if both Jokic and Lauvergne are deemed active Wednesday, it wouldn’t be surprising in the healthier, albeit lightly-used J.J. Hickson receives his first extended run of the season.
