John Wall: Could face suspension after bumping official

Wall’s eight assists established him as the Wizards’ all-time leader in that category, but his otherwise productive night was marred by his conduct late in Monday’s game. After being assessed a technical foul in the third quarter, Wall picked up his second technical and was ejected with 33 seconds remaining in the final period after official Marc Davis indicated that the point guard intentionally bumped him. The NBA will likely look into the incident, and if it’s determined that Wall indeed made deliberate contact with an official, he could be subjected to a one-game suspension. Look for the NBA to make a ruling before the Wizards’ next contest Wednesday against the Celtics.
