Embiid hasn’t suffered any sort of setback, but the team will hold him out Wednesday as it continues to exercise extreme caution with the rookie. Expect Embiid to return to action Friday, when the 76ers again take on the Pacers in a rematch at Wells Fargo Arena. While Embiid has impressed through the early part of the season, he’ll remain on a minutes restriction for at least the next several weeks.
