Ennis had been serving as the Grizzlies’ starting small forward in the previous two games with Chandler Parsons (knee) out, but he moved over to shooting guard Sunday, as coach David Fizdale opted to go with a bigger starting five. The decision didn’t end up affecting Ennis’ court time in a negative way, and although he failed to crack double digits in the scoring column for the first time this season, he made up for it with the career-high board total. Parsons looks to be about a week or more away from making his season debut, so Ennis should continue to enjoy some decent short-term fantasy value while he remains with the top unit.
