Irving went for 26 points (12-22 FG, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and a steal during 37 minutes in Thursday’s 108-89 victory over the Raptors in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals series.

The 24-year-old was outstanding for the second straight game, and is averaging 26.5 points on 59 percent shooting through the series’ first pair of contests. Irving has now eclipsed 20 points in all but one of the Cavs’ 10 postseason games, and has been hot from the field since the playoffs began. He’s averaging 24.8 points on 50 percent shooting during the second season, while adding 5.2 assists, 2.1 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game.
