Iman Shumpert: Expected to be rested Monday

The Cavs will rest a number of regulars Monday as they play their second preseason game in three days. Coach Tyronn Lue will go with a starting five of Kay Felder, Dahntay Johns, James Jones, Jordan McRae and Cory Jefferson.
