The Hornets had few answers for stopping Antetokounmpo, but with the rest of his Bucks teammates going a woeful 26-for-71 (36.6%) from the field, Charlotte still won the game comfortably. The dearth of scoring options surrounding Antetokounmpo in the wake of Khris Middleton’s long-term hamstring injury may hurt the Greek Freak in the assist column more than expected as he transitions to a full-time starting role at point guard, but if Wednesday’s outing is any indication, it may just prompt him to take on more scoring volume as a byproduct.
