George could be rested over the Pacers’ final two regular season games, the Indy Star reports.

The Pacers locked up a playoff spot over the weekend, though their seed is yet to be finalized. George said that he’ll speak with the team’s coaching and medical staffs before making a decision, noting that his status could remain up in the air until Tuesday afternoon. Indiana closes out the regular season by hosting the Knicks on Tuesday before taking on the Bucks in Milwaukee on Wednesday.

Butler did not fly with the team to New Orleans on Sunday in advance of Monday’s game due to a family commitment, ESPN reports. Butler is still expected to make his way to New Orleans and play against the Pelicans, however. “Maybe he had stuff to take care of,” Butler’s agent, Happy Walters, said. “Whatever he’s doing, he’ll be at the game.”
