Game Preview: Warriors v Rockets

The Golden State Warriors play host to the Houston Rockets, in Game 4 of the
Western Conference Finals, at Oracle Arena on Tuesday evening. After stealing
Game 1 in Houston, the Warriors returned home and took care of business in Game
3 with a convincing, 126-85, win to take a 2-1 lead in the series. The Warriors
have had no trouble scoring against the Rockets, as they even tallied 105 in the
Game 2 loss. Kevin Durant has been nearly unstoppable, averaging 33.3 points on
52 percent shooting so far in the series. Stephen Curry was quiet in the first
two games, but broke out for 35 points on 13-of-23 shooting, including five
three-pointers in Game 3. Draymond Green has reached 10 points only once in this
series, but is averaging 10.7 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.7 steals
per game. After playing 27 minutes in Game 3, Andre Iguodala (knee) is listed as
doubtful for action on Tuesday. The Warriors are 7-0 at home so far in the
playoffs, and are going for their 17th straight playoff home win overall.
Meanwhile, despite looking great in Game 2, the Rockets allowed the Warriors to
shoot 52 percent from the field in Game 1, and 52 percent from the field in Game
3. When they pulled off the win in Game 2, they held the Warriors to 46 percent
and shot 51 percent from the field themselves, and dished 23 assists. James
Harden had his best game in Game 1, where he poured in 41 points, but followed
that up with 27 points in Game 2 and just 20 points in Game 3. Chris Paul has
two double-doubles in the series, but with rebounds and points, while he is
averaging 4.3 assists per game in the series. Clint Capela has been quiet in the
series so far, as he is averaging 10.0 points and 8.0 rebounds, in 28 minutes
per game. The Rockets are 3-2 on the road so far in the playoffs.
