Game Preview: Sixers v Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers (2-1) will play the Philadelphia 76ers (0-2) on Monday at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

The Cavaliers had two days of rest before traveling to Philadelphia, and with Kyrie Irving still recovering from a broken kneecap fsuffered in the NBA Finals, the team will continue to use Mo Williams at point guard. Shooting guard Iman Shumpert is also still out while he recovers from a wrist injury. LeBron James and Kevin Love have shared the bulk of the scoring in the first three games they have played,  averaging 22 and 19.6 points per game, respectively. They'll continue to carry the load until Irving returns.

The 76ers struggled defensively through their first two games of the season, and also had problems with turnovers. Philadelphia has a total of 43 turnovers in just two games, with 10 of those belonging to developing rookie Jahlil Okafor. The two days of rest might not be enough for this team to coalesce, but it might help them adjust offensively.
