The Toronto Raptors will look to even the Eastern Conference finals in Game 4 on Monday against the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers at Air Canada Centre.
After losing the first two games of the series by a combined 50 points in Clevaland, the Raptors returned home to win Game 3, 99-84, handing the Cavaliers their first playoff loss after they started the postseason 10-0. DeMar DeRozan scored 32 points and Bismack Biyombo posted a Raptors' playoff-record 26 rebounds with four blocks and seven points. Four others scored in double figures as the Raptors held the Cavaliers to 20 points in paint. Cleveland scored 106 in the paint in the first two games.
Biyombo was involved in a skirmish near the end of the game as he was struck by Cleveland's Dahntay Jones going for a loose ball. The little-used Jones was suspended for Game 4.
LeBron James totaled 24 points, eight, rebounds, five assists and two steals to lead the Cavaliers, but teammates Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving shot a combined 4 of 28 from the field as Cleveland was held to less than 100 points for the first time this postseason.
Toronto's Jonas Valanciunas, who has not played since Game 3 of the conference semifinals because of a sprained right ankle, is not expected to play.
The series shifts back to Cleveland for Game 5 on Wednesday.
