Frank Kaminsky: Ruled out for opener

Kaminsky suffered a strained right foot in the Hornets’ preseason finale, and he’ll be held out of action Wednesday after failing to return to full practice earlier in the week. The Wisconsin product is not expected to miss extended time, but he should be considered questionable for Charlotte’s next game Friday in Miami. In the absence of Kaminsky, expect to see more of Marvin Williams at the four, with Spencer Hawes also in line for increased minutes off the bench.
