Fourth Quarter Update

The Warriors defeated the Cavaliers, 108-85 tonight in Game 4 of the 2018 NBA Finals to win the series 4-0 and become the 2018 NBA Champions. Curry becomes the third player in NBA history to score 30+ points in a championship-clinching win in back-to-back years, joining Bill Russell (1961-62) and Michael Jordan (1991-93, 1997-98). Durant becomes the third player in NBA postseason history to record his first career playoff triple-double in a Finals-clinching win, joining James Worthy (36PTS/16REB/10AST) in 1988 and Draymond Green (16PTS/11REB/10AST) in 2015. LeBron James finished with a team-high 23 points to go with 8 assists and 7 rebounds for the Cavaliers in the losing effort.

The Warriors outscored the Cavaliers 25-13 in the 3rd quarter to take an 86-65 lead into the quarter break.
