Five things to know about the Pelicans on Dec. 2, 2016

1)      New Orleans (7-12) tries to make it six straight home wins tonight, facing the Los Angeles Clippers at 7 p.m. Tickets are available here.

2)      The Pelicans begin a challenging stretch of three games in four days against perennial Western Conference playoff squads, which continues Sunday at Oklahoma City and then back at home Monday vs. Memphis. NOLA is 5-2 since Jrue Holiday returned to the team, after a 2-10 start.

3)      The Clippers (15-5) will be in the second night of a back-to-back Friday, having played in Cleveland on Thursday and defeating the Cavaliers. That ended L.A.'s three-game losing streak.
