Wade had missed the Bulls’ final three games before the All-Star break while
contending with soreness in both of his wrists, but the veteran shooting guard
looked at full strength in his return to action Friday. He was instrumental in
leading his team to an 11-point fourth-quarter comeback, pouring in 14 of his
team-high scoring haul over the game’s final 15 minutes. Coach Fred Hoiberg said
prior to Friday’s game that Wade would suit up in both halves of the Bulls’
back-to-back set, so expect to see the 35-year-old back out there for a normal
workload Saturday against the Cavaliers.
