Dragic traveled with the Heat to San Antonio during Monday’s 94-90 loss to the Spurs, but ended up being sidelined for a second straight contest due to a sprained ankle. While he appears to be making progress after recently shedding the walking boot that he had been using, Dragic has been limited to cardio workouts while he waits for the swelling in his left ankle to dissipate. Since he has yet to resume practicing with full contact, it seems quite unlikely that Dragic will be pushed back into game action Tuesday, even if he makes tremendous progress leading up to the matchup with the Hawks. Thursday’s tilt with the Bucks would represent a more realistic target for his return.
