Rose needs to return to Los Angeles on Tuesday morning as his civil trial for an alleged sexual assault remains ongoing, so he’ll miss out on his second straight preseason game. The Knicks will continue to handle Rose on a day-to-day basis until his legal situation is resolved. Look for Brandon Jennings to make another start at point guard in Rose’s place.
