Derrick Favors: Sits out Saturday

Favors’ absence is considered precautionary as he continues to battle soreness in his his left knee. The ailment has kept him out of full contact work but he’s been able to do some conditioning on the side. Utah is content to handle the situation on a day-to-day basis with the regular season still more than two weeks away.
