DeRozan went for 22 points (8-18 FG, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, two assists and a steal in Thursday’s 108-89 Game 2 conference finals loss to the Cavaliers.

The seven-year veteran remained the only consistent offensive threat on the Raptors over the first two games, recording his fifth straight double-digit scoring performance of the postseason, and eighth overall in nine playoff games. With backcourt mate Kyle Lowry struggling with the same 4-14 shooting line he’d put up in Game 1, the onus was once again on DeRozan to provide a substantial amount of offense, and he largely responded. He’s averaged 20.0 points over the first pair of games versus Cleveland on 48 percent shooting.
