It’s Deng’s first 20-plus point effort in six April games, but he’s still been productive, averaging 14.3 points, 6.3 boards, 3.3 assists, 1.2 threes and 1.0 steals on the month. The Heat could climb as high as third in the Eastern Conference standings or fall to sixth depending on how things shake out over the final two games of the season, so the team will have plenty of motivation in Detroit on Tuesday.
