DeMarre Carroll: Back in starting lineup Friday

It was previously reported that Carroll would be available, but it was unclear
if he would start. However, barring any setbacks, his role as a starter likely
indicates he will be playing without any limitations. P.J. Tucker started in his
place Wednesday, and will presumably return to his regular role as a reserve.
