Dejean-Jones had a productive day shooting the ball, scoring 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-2 FT) in 18 minutes, but also turned the ball over three times in a loss to the Rockets on Monday.

Dejean-Jones is pretty low on the Pelicans’ depth chart at guard, but he did manage to outscore Nate Robinson and Sean Kilpatrick, both of whom are ahead of him in the pecking order. His point total is promising, especially considering he played similar minutes to Robinson and Kilpatrick, but he’ll have to limit his turnovers if he wants to stay on the roster for the regular season.
