Danny Green: Expected to miss three weeks

Green sustained the injury in late September, but has been able to play on-and-off throughout the preseason. However, it now appears he has suffered a setback. It is unclear what direction the the Spurs will go at shooting guard while Green is sidelined, but Manu Ginobili, Kyle Anderson, and even Patty Mills could be options. Jonathon Simmons could figure into the mix as well, but he is currently dealing with an injury issue of his own.
