CLEVELAND, Ohio – It appears 2016 is Cleveland's year.

Exactly four months after the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA championship, defying the odds, silencing critics and ending a 52-year title drought in the city, the Cleveland Indians clinched their spot in the 2016 World Series, four wins away from another championship.

TORONTO — For more than a half-century, Cleveland suffered a cruel athletic fate.
