Kyrie Irving proves to be Game 5 difference-maker, helping Cavaliers keep their season alive Author: Chris Fedor Publication: Cleveland.com

CLEVELAND, Ohio — It was going to take a special performance for the Cleveland Cavaliers to keep their title hopes alive, even with the Golden State Warriors playing without Draymond Green, one of their most important players.

The three-time All-Star matched James in points (41), shooting 17-of-24 from the field, including 5-of-7 from 3-point range.

With the Warriors not having Green to protect the rim and Andrew Bogut going down with a knee injury during Game 5, Irving attacked the basket with ferocity, scoring at the rim and in the midrange. He also had six assists. – CLICK HERE to read full story.
