After Friday night’s 108-97 Game 4 triumph, the Golden State Warriors are one win — presumably in Game 5 in Oakland — away from repeating.
Stephen Curry broke out of a shooting slump to torture the Cavaliers for a game-high 38 points while sinking seven three-pointers. Klay Thompson also had a good evening with 25 points and splashing in four threes. CLEVELAND, Ohio — Stephen Curry attracted some criticism in the days leading up to Friday’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals. The Warriors star had played well below his MVP standards.
The Cavs knew all the numbers and were leery of one of Curry having one of his well-known scoring explosions.
