Cavs pull off sign-and-trade to send Matthew Dellavedova to Bucks Author: Chris Haynes Publication: Cleveland.com
CLEVELAND, Ohio. – The Cleveland Cavaliers will orchestrate a sign-and-trade with the Milwaukee Bucks that will send restricted free agent guard Matthew Dellavedova to the division rival, league sources informed cleveland.com.
In return, Cleveland will receive a $4.8 million trade exception, cash and the rights to Albert Miralles, league sources told cleveland.com.
Cleveland.com reported earlier this week that the Cavaliers wouldn’t match the Bucks’ offer sheet of four years, $38.5 million.
Dellavedova, 25, is expected to sign his deal today. The Cavaliers would have had three days to match the offer sheet to retain the services of their backup point guard, but cleveland.com was told that wouldn’t be the case. – CLICK HERE to read full story.

LeBron James on killing of Dallas police: ‘We are all hurting” Author: Joe Vardon Publication: Cleveland.com
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Consider LeBron James’ Twitter feed a microcosm of the confusion and anger Americans are feeling after the killings of five officers in Dallas Thursday and of two black men by police in Louisiana and Minnesota this week.
James, the Cavaliers’ outspoken superstar who has a track record for decrying violence against unarmed African-Americans and, separately, guns, tweeted “We are all hurting tonight. More violence is not the answer. #StoptheViolence.”
That tweet was in response to the coordinated shootings of 11 law enforcement officers in Dallas Thursday while they were working a peaceful protest in the city of two deadly shootings of black men in separate states earlier in the week. – CLICK HERE to read full story.
