DENVER – LeBron James’ 34 points helped him break out of a mini-shooting funk and guide his Cleveland Cavaliers to a 93-87 victory over Denver Nuggets Tuesday evening at the Pepsi Center. The Cavs ended their four-game road trip with a 2-2 record.
Coming into the game, James was shooting 38 percent and averaging 18.8 points in his previous four games. The four-time MVP shot 13-of-24 from the field and had six rebounds in 34 minutes. Before the game, he was visibly struggling with the Mile High altitude as he warmed up an hour and 15 minutes before tip.
