The Cavs sit atop the Eastern Conference with a 34-12 record, which includes winning 10 of the last 11 games against the East (6-0 on the road over that span).
During their four-game win streak, the Cavs are outscoring opponents by an average of 12.7 points, as the offense is pouring in 115.0 points on .519 shooting from the field, 27.0 assists (12.0 turnovers), and a .837 clip from the free throw line over that stretch.
Cleveland has scored at least 114 points in four straight games for the first time since December 15-19, 1992 (also four straight games) (Elias).
Indiana (25-22) has gone through a slump recently, losing six of seven games from January 13-26.
The Pacers have bounced back though with Thursday’s 111-92 blowout of Atlanta Hawks and Saturday’s 109-105 overtime victory over Denver Nuggets to improve to 15-7 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Indiana’s All-Star forward, Paul George, totaling just 30 points between the two victories on 34.6 percent shooting, but 11-year vet, Monta Ellis, has carried the offensive load, recording 25 points against the Hawks and a season-high 32 versus the Nuggets.
On the season, George has posted impressive numbers, averaging 23.5 points and 7.1 rebounds while Ellis adds 14.3 points and 5.0 assists per contest.

Cleveland has won four of the last six meetings against the Pacers and will try to win in Indiana for the first time since January 29, 2010.
The last time these two Central Division foes squared off, the Wine and Gold defeated the Pacers 101-97 at The Q on November 8.
In the win, the Cavs had 25 assists on 38 field goals and had a 48-36 edge in points in the paint.
LeBron James led the way with a team-high 29 points, six rebounds and four assists in 35 minutes. Kevin Love notched a double-double with 22 points on 9-18 (.500) shooting, a season-high 19 rebounds (four offensive), three blocks and two assists in 39 minutes, becoming the first Cavalier to tally 22 points, 19 rebounds and three blocks since LeBron James had 31 points, 19 rebounds and three blocks on January 11, 2008 vs. Charlotte.
Tristan Thompson added 16 points on 7-8 (.875) shooting from the field, eight rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes off the bench.
After tonight’s game, it’s off to Tobacco Road for a meeting with the Hornets, who Cleveland defeated the day after Thanksgiving in Charlotte. The Cavs return home for a weekend back-to-back against Boston and the Pelicans and close out the season’s unofficial first half with a pair of California clubs – the Kings on February 8 and the Lakers – in Kobe Bryant’s final visit to Cleveland two nights later.GET TICKETS | VIEW FULL SCHEDULE
