The veteran forward finally looked like himself Thursday, playing a full allotment of minutes and taking double-digit shot attempts for the first time since his return from a 41-game absence due to arthroscopic knee surgery. Carroll provided some much-needed scoring punch that served as the perfect complement to the efforts of Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, with the latter also putting together a resurgent effort. Perhaps most important was the fact that Carroll was able to endure a 35-minute stint on the court, a fact that bodes well for the Raptor’s postseason aspirations.
