C.J. Watson: Out at least another week

The veteran continues to nurse a sore right Achilles, which kept him out of
action Thursday night against the Trail Blazers. He’ll likely miss at least the
next three contests, meaning Elfrid Payton should be in line for another start
at point guard. Per Robbins, the Magic may add another point guard, via a 10-day
contract, to provide depth in the meantime.
