Brook Lopez: Will sit out Tuesday’s game

Lopez got 26 minutes of total time on the court in the team’s first two preseason games and there is no real reason to play the big man for a third straight game. Look for Justin Hamilton and Luis Scola to get some extended run in the front court, while the Nets may also want to see more minutes out of a young player like Chris McCullough at this time.
