Jennings, who signed with the Wizards on Wednesday, is expected to eventually
settle in as the top backup to starting point guard John Wall, though it’s not
clear if he’ll unseat Tomas Satoransky or Trey Burke (personal) for those duties
Friday. The 27-year-old has only went through one practice with his new team, so
coach Scott Brooks may want Jennings to get more familiar with the team’s
offensive sets before deploying him with the second unit.
