The 2016 No. 2 overall pick hasn’t exactly gotten his pro career off to a rousing start, averaging 4.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 steals across 22 minutes per contest in his first two exhibitions. Ingram has notably shot just 15.4 percent (2-for-13) over that span, and only 50 percent (3-for-6) from the charity stripe. Coach Luke Walton has already confirmed that Ingram will come off the bench to start the regular season, serving as the newly-acquired Luol Deng’s primary backup at the three.
